All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Approximate equivalents in other currencies are displayed for reference only and are not guaranteed. The final amount charged is determined in JPY at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before order confirmation.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email to the address you provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock, if the order appears fraudulent, or if a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, any payment will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping

We ship from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post services: EMS, ePacket Light, and Surface Mail. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on the Shipping Info page and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, destination postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or personal preference. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with photo evidence — we will replace the item or refund your order.
